The product

The ultimate hitting trainer.

The Ball Buster is a baseball & softball hitting trainer that hangs securely on any wood or chain-link fence and sets up in 60 seconds or less. A tethered ball hangs from a collapsible frame, so a single player can rip hundreds of quality full-strength swings — no pitcher, no cage, no chasing balls.

Every swing reinforces timing, focus, and visual tracking, building the hand-eye coordination and muscle memory that show up when it counts. When you're done, it folds inward over its own net into a compact bundle one person can carry anywhere.

The short version

Turn any fence into a hitting station.

A ball hangs from the frame on a cord, so every swing snaps right back to you. Hang it on the fence behind home plate, the wood fence in the backyard, or the chain-link at the park — and start ripping line drives in under a minute.

No bucket of balls. No one to throw to you. No fence-hopping to grab the ball after every cut. Just you, your bat, and as many reps as you've got in you.

Dragging out a full cage
Begging someone to pitch
Chasing balls all over
Hang it. Hit it. Repeat.

What's in your bag

Built to get you swinging — fast.

Tethered ball system

The ball hangs on a cord from the frame, so you can swing at full strength again and again — it always comes right back. No chasing, ever.

Hangs on any fence

Integrated hooks hang it securely on any wood or chain-link fence and hold tight — the kind you'll find at almost every field, park, and backyard.

Ready in 60 seconds

Pull the arms straight, drop the pins in, hang it, and you're locked and loaded — in under a minute. One person handles setup and takedown. No tools, no help.

Folds & goes anywhere

The whole frame collapses inward over its own net into a compact, lightweight bundle. Toss it in a bag and bring your reps with you.

Three phases, start to finish

Fence to first swing in 60 seconds.

No tools, no manual, no help — one person, here's the whole thing.

01Setup

Lay it out & lock it

  1. Lay the device flat on the grass.
  2. Pull the front and back frame arms completely straight.
  3. Drop the locking pins into place to hold the shape.
02Mounting

Hang it on & load the ball

  1. Lift the frame up to the fence.
  2. Hang the hooks on the wood or chain-link.
  3. Attach the tethered ball on your side — right or left-handed.
03Takedown

Pack it back up

  1. Unhook the ball.
  2. Lift the frame off the fence and pull the locking pins.
  3. Collapse the arms inward over the net for a compact bundle.
Why I built it
  • 14 yrs boxing
  • 5 yrs training fighters
  • 8 yrs coaching youth ball

Across every one of those roles, one thing mattered more than talent — confidence. Too many young athletes doubted themselves before they ever got the chance to succeed.

That's why I invented the Ball Buster. It wasn't created just to make better hitters — it was created to help kids believe in themselves. Every solid swing builds confidence, and every moment of confidence carries far beyond the field.

Just like a boxer builds rhythm and precision on the speed bag, repeated swings train the eyes and brain to pick up the ball faster and react with certainty. Keep hitting, keep training, and keep believing — because every great player starts with confidence.

— The founder, Ball Buster

Why it works

More swings = a better swing.

The fastest way to a stronger cut is reps — a lot of them. The Ball Buster makes them easy to get.

Stack the reps

Hundreds of cuts in a session because the ball never leaves you. Repetition is how a swing gets locked in.

Build muscle memory

Same setup, same contact point, every time. Groove the mechanics until they're automatic at the plate.

Train on your own

No pitcher, no coach, no waiting your turn in the cage. Get to the park and put in work whenever you want.

Build confidence

Solid contact, over and over, is how belief gets built. Every clean swing tells a hitter I can — and that carries to the plate and far beyond it.

Quick answers

Got questions?

What kind of fence does it need?

Any wood or chain-link fence — the kind around almost every ball field, batting cage, park, and backyard. The hooks hang the frame securely and hold it steady.

How fast does it set up?

60 seconds or less, with no tools. Pull the arms straight, drop in the pins, hang it on the fence, and attach the ball. One person handles the whole thing — setup and takedown.

Baseball or softball?

Both. There are baseball and softball versions, and the tethered ball attaches on the correct side depending on whether you bat righty or lefty.

How big is it and what's it made of?

It opens to 46″ × 26″ and folds down to just 6″ × 7½″ × 25″, weighing 9 lbs. It's built from steel, aluminum, heavy-duty fabric, and netting.

Is there a warranty or return policy?

Yes — the Ball Buster comes with a 90-day warranty, plus a 30-day return policy. You can return it directly or to the store where you bought it.

Do I have to chase the ball?

Never. That's the whole point — the ball is tethered to the frame, so every swing brings it right back for the next one.
